Reynolda Gardens Engagement – Kristen & Alex

This Reynolda Gardens Engagement session was so fun! Casey and I met Kristen and Alex at a Villa De L’amour open house  a few months ago and we were so happy to hear that my work was exactly what they were looking for. We were able to set up a vendor booth at Villa’s open house because I am actually on their preferred vendor list. Woot Woot!!  I’m super thankful to have such great relationships with many of the Triad wedding venues and love when I can continue going back to the same places for weddings! Kristen and Alex’s wedding next Fall will be my third Villa wedding (we actually have one coming up this weekend)!

Kristen and Alex live in Raleigh but made the trip down to the gorgeous Reynolda Gardens with their sweet pups Rocco and Brodie. They started off with a casual look, and then switched to more formal outfits for the second half of their session. They also requested we do a few fun shots in their football jerseys since they love the fun rivalry they have by cheering for two different teams!

This shoot totally goes to show that the Reynolda Gardens have gorgeous scenery year-round! Although it was a little chilly and most of the main flowers had wilted, there were still lots of pretty green and orange foliage and even a few lingering roses! The fallen leaves and glowy sunlight coming through the trees, made for a gorgeous Fall session. Towards the end of the session we even took a little stroll through Reynolda Village to snap a few photos in front of the beautiful Barn at Reynolda decked out in it’s Christmas decor!

We had so much fun hanging out with these two and their cute pups, and we cannot wait to photograph their wedding next Fall!
