Kernersville Wedding Photographer
Casey and I were so excited to capture Bri and Jason’s July wedding at the gorgeous Willstella Farm in Kernersville, NC. The bridal party got ready in the historic farmhouse and we took Bri outside for her finishing touches on the fabulous, century-old front porch. Her sweet Mama was holding back tears the whole morning, and their bond was so evident in our photos.
The flowers by Eliana Nunes Floral Design were bright and summery, and the perfect compliment to the bridesmaid’s blush and lavender dresses! The floral wreaths were a fun alternative to the typical bouquets.
Their ceremony took place in front of the old barn, and the couple’s personalized vows and unity circle painting made it so unique and catered perfectly to them. I loved that they decided to hire an artist to do a live painting of the ceremony! This is such a sweet way to capture the ceremony and I am sure that the painting will hang in a special place of their home for many years.
Bri and Jason were High School Sweethearts and after spending just a few minutes with them, you can tell they were meant for each other. Their German Shepard, Moose came along for their engagement session, and although he wasn’t able to be there for the wedding, they had a stuffed animal version of him that made an appearance during Bri and her father’s awesome choreographed Daddy-Daughter dance. Their fun and upbeat dance kicked off the reception under string lights and definitely set the mood for the rest of the party. After lots of dancing and delicious food in the open air barn, Bri and Jason made their way through a tunnel of white balloons to their getaway car.
We had so much fun photographing this sweet couple and wish them many years of love and laughter! Congrats Mr. and Mrs. Moorer!!
