Kristen and Alex are two of the most laid back and fun-loving people we’ve had the pleasure of photographing. Their High Point, Villa de L’amour wedding was such a classic and timeless celebration and their friends and family were such a fun group.

The day began with Kristen and her girls relaxing in the bridal suite with mimosas and Alex and his guys having fun in the groom suite with mini fireball bottles and lots of jokes. We knew as soon as we arrived that this was going to be an exciting one. 🙂

Kristen and Alex shared their first look in the courtyard beside of Villa and it allowed for ample privacy and a perfect spot for a few sweet photos. Once they were able to see each other you could tell a huge weight was lifted and the nerves faded away. We grabbed their bridal party to get a few more photos in the courtyard before we headed back inside for the ceremony.

Kristen and Alex were married in the main room of Villa de L’amour in front of rows of Mahogany Chiavari chairs and with a backdrop of beautiful string lights. Their parents each lit a candle that the two used to light their own candle during their ceremony, which was a super sweet touch.

Once they said their I-do’s and shared their first kiss we headed outside for family portraits. Following cocktail hour the newlyweds were introduced and shared their first dance before dinner was served. A few heartfelt toasts, the cake cutting and the mother-son/father-daughter dance rounded out the main events of the evening and then lots of dancing and mingling came next. The new Mr. and Mrs. Mosiniak exited through a tunnel of sparklers and headed off to their after party for even more memories with their closest friends.
