I LOVE a vineyard wedding. I equally love a mountain wedding. So when you have a wedding at a vineyard overlooking the North Carolina mountains, it really is like a dream come true for me! Megan and Evan got married earlier this month at the stunning outdoor gazebo area of Jolo Vineyards with a fabulous vendor team that pulled off a top-notch celebration.

The day started off with Megan and her girls getting ready in the bridal cottage and popping some Jolo “Beach Bubbles” to celebrate. Megan’s maids helped her get into her super unique(and super stunning) floral print, vintage-inspired Marchesa gown and kitten heels. Once Megan was dressed and ready she shared a sweet first look with her father. Following lots of hugs from her dad, Megan headed out to the side of Jolo’s tasting room where her handsome groom was waiting to see her for the first time as a bride.

Once Megan and Evan were able to give each other a big hug and talk about how excited they were, we spent some time taking portraits with Pilot Mountain in the background. After taking a few photos and soaking in the beauty of the day, the bridal party headed back to the cottage to relax before the ceremony.

Megan and Evan said their personal vows in front of a gazebo wrapped in grape vines and fresh blooms and it was a perfect ceremony for an incredible couple. After a kiss to seal the deal, it was time for the new Mr. and Mrs. to dance between the grape vines for a few more portraits before the real party started.

Their reception began as the sun was setting behind the mountains and was filled with touching speeches and reminiscing by family and friends. After eating some delicious food and lots of dancing, it was time for their sparkler exit as they waved goodbye before heading back to the bridal cottage to spend their first evening as husband and wife.
