Old Salem NC Engagement – Jennifer & Sterling

Old Salem Engagement Photographer

I have been dying to do a portrait session in the historic streets of the Old Salem area in Winston-Salem, and I definitely think Jennifer and Sterling picked the most perfect time to do their engagement session there while the Fall leaves were still so pretty! The cobblestone sidewalks and the mix of stone and brick buildings were the perfect backdrop for this beautiful couple. There were even some gorgeous Christmas decorations hung up that added to the cozy feel of their portraits.

I love how a lot of the architecture here makes you feel like you are in old world Europe instead of just minutes from the more industrial feeling downtown Winston-Salem. Jennifer and Sterling danced in the street, snuggled close on the stairs, and kissed under the falling leaves, which made for some of my very favorite portraits.

Casey and I had so much fun strolling through the streets of Old Salem with these two and we can’t wait to see what they decide to do for their wedding plans next year. 🙂 Congrats again you guys!

Enjoy!
