Asheville Wedding – Homewood Events – Brooke & Micayla

These two lovely ladies finally got to celebrate their marriage and their love with their friends and family a few weeks ago at the beautiful, Homewood Event Center in Asheville’s Montford Area Historic District. Brooke and Micayla had planned a full wedding day for last year, and although they decided to postpone the reception until this year to keep their friends and family safe, they went ahead and had a private ceremony so they didn’t have to wait any longer to be married.
So when we were all finally able to get together in March, it was almost exactly their one year anniversary – so what better time to celebrate with a reception with friends, family, music and delicious food.
We started the day with some beautiful portraits, and then once all their guests arrived, Brooke and Micayla were introduced into the reception and a delicious BBQ dinner was served. Everyone was welcome to mingle and socialize with a great selection of music in the background. Once they were ready to go, their guests said their goodbyes and tossed rose petals at the brides as they made their way into their limousine.
We loved being part of such a sweet day for this awesome couple. Congrats again ladies!
