Childress Vineyards Wedding – Whitley & Andrew

With the threat of rain and thunderstorms all morning, the warm Spring sunshine felt even sweeter for Whitley and Andrew’s wedding day. The clouds cleared and made way for the perfect weather for the perfect day. Whitley and her ladies started the day off with mimosas while they got ready at her parent’s gorgeous home in Tyro. The guys hung out at Childress Vineyards, relaxing and watching tv until it was time to head to the church.

They were married at Whitley’s childhood church, Tyro United Methodist. Following a short and sweet ceremony the newlyweds exited out of the church and were greeted with rose petals and cheers of congratulations from their loved ones. After a few family portraits inside and a couple newlywed photos outside it was time to head over to Childress Vineyards to join their guests for cocktail hour. They jumped into their vintage getaway car, which happened to be passed down from the bride’s Grandfather which made it all the more special.

Once we arrived at Childress Vineyards we snapped more portraits and then it was time to party. They had their first dances and enjoyed a delicious meal before we snuck them away for just a couple minutes of sunset portraits that are always my favorite. When we returned it was time to cut the cake and fire up the band so that they could dance the night away as husband and wife.

We were honored to spend the day with such a fun group of people, celebrating a couple that is dearly loved by so many. Congratulations again Whitley and Andrew! Here’s a few of our favorite highlights from the day.
