I’ll admit that sometimes photographing guys by themselves can be a little more difficult than girls, but photographing Dawson’s Grad portraits was nothing of the sort. He definitely made my job easy and was such a natural in front of a camera. He stuck with just one outfit, but we did decide to remove his suit jacket for a little variety towards the end of the session which worked out great.
We began his session at Wait Chapel and made our way around the Quad for lots of great shots. Then we walked over to his Fraternity dorm for a few sentimental portraits in a place he made lots of fun memories. We finished off the session in an open green area on campus which allowed us to get a nice variety of backdrops for Dawson’s images.
I’m still booking Graduate portrait sessions for this Spring and I’m excited to head to Wake Forest University a few times in the coming months for new 2023 Grads.
